By accessing or using Solable ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Solable.

2. Description of Service

Solable is an AI-powered web application builder that allows users to create, edit, and deploy web applications. The Service integrates with the Solana blockchain for payment processing and uses artificial intelligence to generate code based on user prompts.

3. Account and Wallet

To use certain features of the Service, you must connect a Solana wallet. By connecting your wallet, you represent that:

• You are the rightful owner of the wallet
• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet

4. Payments and Pricing

The Service offers both free and paid features:

• Free Tier: 3 free AI generations per day
• Pay-per-use: 0.02 SOL per additional AI generation
• Subscription Plans: Various plans with different generation limits

All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
• Create backups of your User Content
• Display your User Content to you within the Service

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create malicious software, malware, or phishing sites
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
• Circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate code. While we strive to provide high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before using it in production. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Solable and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLABLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and we have no ability to reverse or refund transactions once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details. The value of SOL may fluctuate significantly, and we are not responsible for any losses due to price volatility.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your User Content before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solable operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
